Application Procedure

আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া ও নির্দেশনা

Please apply for the examination before the application deadline (sometimes limited seat capacity). Your application will be complete once we have received your registration fee. No level change or refund will be applicable once after completing your payment. You must use the examinee’s own phone number and email address to reach the necessary update and information of the test.

Registration Steps

Create Account

First, visit www.ulsai.com.bd and click on the "Sign Up" option. Create your profile by providing the required information and setting a username and password. Once your account is created, you will be able to sign in.

Complete Payment

After logging in, proceed to the payment section. Your registration will be completed once the payment is successfully made. You will receive a confirmation email, and a "Registration Successful" notification will also appear in your portal.

Please note that only one account can be created using a single phone number and email address. Make sure to remember your username and password. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the "Forgot Password" option.

IMPORTANT: No admit card is given immediately after the registration. Automatic money receipt sent to your email after the payment is the primary confirmation of your registration. When the deadline is over, we will send the second confirmation email to each applicant to the registered email address. If you do not receive any invoice (auto-generated money receipt), please email us to nat.dhaka@ulsai.com.bd or info.nat@ulsai.com.bd mentioning your tracking number, name, date of birth, and phone number.

Important Instructions

1. Name & Date of Birth

The name spelling and Date of Birth must be according to the National Identity (NID) card or Passport. If there is any problem in name spelling and date of birth in certificate or score-sheet in future due to registration, the applicant will be responsible for this.

রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় নামের বানান ও জন্মতারিখ অবশ্যই জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা পাসপোর্ট অনুযায়ী হতে হবে। রেজিস্ট্রেশনে নামের বানান বা জন্ম তারিখের তথ্যে কোনো গরমিল থাকলে ভবিষ্যতে সার্টিফিকেট বা স্কোরশিটে কোনো অসুবিধা হলে, আবেদনকারী এটার জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।

2. Valid Contact Information

Valid email address and phone number must be given. If invalid email address or inactive phone number is given in registration, the authority will not take any responsibility for not getting any information by the applicant.

সঠিক ও বাস্তব কার্যকর ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস ও ফোন নাম্বার প্রদান করতে হবে। কোন পরীক্ষার্থী রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় ভুল ইমেইল অ্যাড্রেস বা অ-কার্যকর ফোন নাম্বার দেওয়ার কারণে যদি পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত কোন তথ্য না পান, তাহলে কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না।

3. Valid ID Copy Upload

You must upload valid ID copy (NID or Passport) in JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF format.

রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় অবশ্যই আপনার জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র বা পাসপোর্টের ফটোকপি আপলোড করতে হবে।

4. Application Fee: BDT 4,000/-

Excluding payment gateway charges. Online payment required.

অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ফি ৪০০০/- টাকা (চার্জ ব্যতীত) অনলাইনে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

5. Photograph Requirements

আবেদনকারীর ছবির বিষয় করণীয়:

a. Size must be according to the instruction during upload. Rough resize will not be accepted. (ছবি আপলোড করার সময় বর্ণিত সুনির্দিষ্ট ফরম্যাট অনুসরণ করতে হবে। কোনরকম টেম্পারিং বা ভুল রিসাইজের ছবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।)
b. Background must be clean. (White or blue preferred) (ছবির ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড ক্লীন হতে হবে। সাদা বা নীল প্রাধান্যযোগ্য।)
c. Photo from photo will not be accepted. Selfies are not acceptable. (মোবাইল দিয়ে ছবি থেকে তোলা ছবি বা সেলফি কোন অবস্থাতেই গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।)
